Nick J. Sciullo is an Assistant Professor of Communications at Texas A&M University – Kingsville. He studies inequality, its causes and effects. Specifically, he writes and speaks on black radicalism, social movements, class politics, and criminal law and mass incarceration. To do this he utilizes critical rhetorical theory, critical race theory, and continental philosophy with a helping of cultural studies. This leads him to examine the Black Panther Party, hip-hop music, and Marxist politics. Sciullo also has an interest in pedagogy, debate, deliberation, and argumentation.
Sciullo received his Ph.D. from Georgia State University and his J.D. from West Virginia University.
